SJR 6 - This proposed constitutional amendment, upon voter approval, provides for the election of nine Public Service Commissioners, one from each congressional district.
The Commissioners serve four-year terms, except that the
terms shall be staggered beginning with the first election.
Commissioners from even-numbered districts who are elected at the
first election shall serve two-year terms.
